    Stage 1 · Pre-Construction
    Submit Construction Registration
Complete the Construction Registration Form with architectural plans, site information, and compliance declarations before any construction begins.
    2
    Stage 1 · Review
NITA Preliminary Review & Site Inspection
NITA reviews your submission within 5 working days and schedules a technical site inspection. Certificate of Construction Registration is issued upon approval, valid for 24 months.
    3
    Build Phase
    Construct to Approved Specifications
Carry out construction in accordance with the approved design submissions and all relevant Ghanaian building codes, energy, fire, and environmental regulations.
    4
    Stage 2 · Post-Construction
    Submit Operational Registration
After construction is complete, submit as-built drawings, final regulatory approvals, governance documents, and operational details via the Operational Registration Form.
    5
    Stage 2 · Certificate
Receive Operational Certificate & Go Live
NITA conducts an operational compliance site inspection and issues the Certificate of Operational Registration — valid for 5 years and renewable. You are now authorised to provide Data Centre Services.
